choosing what cabin fits your needs!

The Dearborn Series
The Dearborn Series is the most basic package. It is a 30X40 cabin and It’s the perfect do it
yourself project, that you can customize to suit your needs. The Dearborn comes fully
insulated, wired, finished with a 7’ loft in the back.

The Cascade Series
The Bedroom is 9'X9'. The bedroom includes a 30"X40" window, or 36"X60" egress window (this is
mandatory), smoke alarm, light outlet, and it has at least 3 outlets.
The Loft is a single loft over the entire bedroom/bathroom with one regular outlet, light outlet, log
railings, log ladder and a 24"X21" slider window.
The interior, including the floor, is coated with clear wood sealer to protect and preserve the
natural beauty.
The Cascade includes a 6’ porch with log railing and treated decking. Now remember you can customize your cabin to your choosing.

The Glacier Series:
This cabin is 30'X40' with a 6’ porch on the front! The kitchen has beautiful hickory cabinets, up to 10’ of base cabinets with a lazy Susan and up to 6’ upper cabinets, plus 2’ corner and 30” bridge cabinet with a microwave receptacle. Includes counter top and double basin sink with all the plumbing.
It is wired for a range, microwave, above counter outlets, and the light above the sink.
The bathroom includes a 3'X4' shower, toilet, vanity, on demand hot water heater.
Washer and dryer hookups and your choice of a 24"X21" slider window or a light/fan. Many different options to choose from.
Option #1 for the loft 8’ X width of cabin, loft over porch with light outlet and one regular outlet,
log railings, log ladder and one 24"X21" window.


Option #2 6'X width of cabin, loft over the bathroom with one light outlet, one regular outlet, log railing and a log ladder. Heating, Electric baseboard heat with thermostat. Thermostat is either wall mounted, or on each baseboard heater. Please note if one or the other is preferred.
The interior including the floor is coated with clear wood sealer to protect and preserve the
natural beauty. The options are endless, instead of wood on the outside, you can choose steel sided.
There are several door options, window options. You can also add Dormers, Closets and Storage. Stained Beams will make your cabin stand out. If you are going off grid with you cabin, you can choose to have propane gas lights in your cabin, along with on demand propane water heater, you can also choose a Stove chimney kit.
If you will have electric, you can still have on demand electric water heater, baseboard heaters.,
wall mounted air conditioners. Washer and dryer hookups are also available. If you choose the natural Douglas fir T&G, structurally this flooring is very strong.
Over time it tends to shrink leaving gaps between flooring boards creating a rustic look. But if you prefer
you can choose clip-n-lock flooring, that has the look of wood. The bathrooms would have
laminate flooring.
