This was one of three cabins that we delivered to Colorado before the shop decided they would not deliver to CO anymore due to “Red Tape” issues with the state and the high cost of being registered as a manufacturer in that state.

- Spacious Bedrooms: Two 11×13 bedrooms, one with a loft above, accessible by a ladder, perfect for extra sleeping quarters or storage.
- Efficient Kitchen Layout: The kitchen is designed for maximum functionality with ample cabinetry and counter space. It features 24″ upper and lower cabinets for extensive storage solutions, a 36″ sink with a corner lazy Susan for easy access, and countertops in Winter Carnival laminate. Additionally, there is designated space for a 36″x36″ fridge and a 30″ range, ensuring a well-organized and efficient cooking area.
- Living Area: The main living area is designed to be both welcoming and practical, featuring a chimney kit for a wood stove, adding warmth and a rustic charm to the space.
- Utility and Storage: Includes a well tank installed as part of the cabin’s features, alongside a 36″x36″ washer/dryer space, ensuring all necessities are handled efficiently.
- Bathroom Features: A 48×34 shower, a large vanity, and modern fixtures ensure comfort and convenience.
