Inspired by the A-Frame shed design, our Double-Wide Garages feature a side entry door for easy access and vertical slider windows for added convenience. Please note that these garages require substantial horizontal space on your property. If you need more storage space and have the room to build vertically, consider our two-story model.   • Supported by 4×4 pressure-treated runners for a stable and durable base.

Flooring Durability:

  • 2×4 pressure-treated floor joists, spaced 8” on center, provide a solid foundation, with ⅝” plywood flooring for added durability.

Sturdy Wall Construction:

  • 2×4 wall studs, spaced 16” on center, ensure a robust and reliable structure.

Efficient Wall Sheathing:

  • Features ½” LP SmartPanel wall sheathing with a radiant barrier, enhancing insulation and energy efficiency.

Reinforced Entry Points:

  • A 2×6 header is installed above the entry door and windows for added structural strength.

Abundant Natural Light:

  • Equipped with three 30×36 vinyl vertical slider windows, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation.

Convenient Entry Access:

  • Includes a single entry door for easy access to your space.

Sturdy Garage Door Header:

  • A 2×8 header above the garage doors enhances structural integrity.

Dual Garage Doors:

  • 2 insulated overhead garage doors (9×7 on 24’ wides, 8’x6’6” on 20’ wides) provide secure and convenient access.

Strong Ridge Poles:

  • Four 2×12 LVL ridge poles offer robust support for the roof structure.

Hurricane-Resistant:

  • Equipped with H-8 hurricane ties on every rafter for added stability and safety.

Rafter Strength:

  • 2×6 rafters, spaced 16” on center, ensure a sturdy roofing structure.

Efficient Roofing:

  • ½” roof sheathing with a radiant barrier, 15lb felt paper under the shingles, and 30-year architectural shingles provide durability and protection.

Size Range:

  • Available in 16 sizes from 20×20 to 24×48.

Our Double-Wide Garage is designed based on the popular A-Frame shed concept. It blends economic practicality with a spacious double-wide design, delivering both functionality and style.

Beyond Car Storage

While the Double Wide Garage can comfortably house two cars, its potential extends far beyond. Use it to store a boat, eliminating offsite rental fees. Alternatively, transform it into a spacious workshop, accommodating workbenches, tools, and even car lifts.

Side Entry Door

Convenience is paramount. Every Double-Wide Garage includes a side entry door, allowing easy access without the need to use the garage doors.

Abundant Natural Light

Vertical slider windows on the sides and back enhance interior illumination. They come complete with screens and window trim as part of the package, offering both functionality and aesthetics.

Modular Convenience

This economical entry-level model is conveniently prebuilt in two sections and assembled on-site. The modular construction ensures efficiency in delivery and assembly.
