The 10 x 12 Atrium Greenhouse is designed for people who take pride in how they live on their land and how they care for what they grow. Key Features of the 10×12 Atrium Greenhouse:

• Foundation: We arranged for a foundation for the greenhouse to be installed.  It was a 12×14 stone foundation with a PT lumber perimeter.
• Custom Exterior: This project reflects this client’s choices, including a GP Olive exterior paired with a red cedar door and black windows. The result is a classic look with real curb appeal, while still offering the flexibility to make the next build entirely your own.
• Natural Light: Large windows and transoms bring in generous natural light from multiple sides, creating a bright environment for seedlings, herbs, heirloom vegetables, and ornamental plants.
• Proper Airflow: Optional upgrades like the Solar Fan Vent Package support healthier airflow and more stable growing conditions when temperatures shift through the seasons.
• Efficient Interior: The interior workspace is designed to keep gardening enjoyable and efficient. Planter bench space provides a dedicated area for trays and pots, while potting benches create a practical surface for transplanting, soil work, and daily care routines.

This greenhouse also highlights the value of planning and durability. Before installation, the planned site experienced a severe windstorm that brought down nine trees nearby.
