  • 2×4 Pressure-Treated Floor Joists spaced 16” on center ensure structural integrity.
  • R-14 Spray Foam Insulation in the floor enhances energy efficiency.

Flooring and Coating:

  • The interior floor features ⅝” LP SmartFloor for durability.
  • Polyurea Coating on the interior floor adds protection against wear and tear.
  • 1×6 Composite Decking on the run floor enhances both aesthetics and strength.

Wall Construction:

  • 2×3 Wall Studs spaced 16” on center form the walls.
  • Choose your preferred siding: painted LP SmartSide, stained Pine Board & Batten, or stained Pine Tongue & Groove.

Interior Insulation and Finishing:

  • R-11 Insulated Interior Walls & Ceiling contribute to a comfortable environment.
  • Interior Walls & Ceiling are Lined with Glasbord for a clean and durable finish.

Windows and Doors:

  • An 18×23 Single Pane Window with Screens provides natural light and ventilation.
  • An Insulated Fiberglass 6-panel Slab Door with a Keyed Latch ensures security.
