At the core of this model is a multi-functional main area right when you walk in, ready to serve as your living room, dining space, or home office – or a combination of all three. The bathroom, while compact, makes clever use of every inch to provide comfort without compromise.

 

The adjacent kitchen, though modest in size, is equipped with all the essentials for making a homecooked meal. The kitchen can be outfitted with stained pine cabinets and Laminate countertops tailored to your preferences.

  • Robust 2×4 walls with 1/2″ OSB & Housewrap ensure structural integrity.
  • 2×6 floor joists with 3/4″ T&G flooring provide a solid foundation.
  • R-13 Insulation on walls and R-19 Insulation on the ceiling for optimal energy efficiency.
  • R14 Spray foam with rodent-proofing on the floor for added protection.
  • Stylish vinyl plank flooring with a wood look creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Exterior and Porch:

  • Optional 6′ porch for outdoor enjoyment with stained posts and painted rebar railing.
  • Treated 2″x6″ Floor Joists, 24″ O/C, with 3/4″ subfloor.
  • Large windows for maximum natural light.

Interior Layout:
